Lost 18kg (39.6lbs) with The Food Cruncher – and counting

I joined The Food Cruncher because I needed to seriously look at my health. My weight has been up and down for years and so has my attitude towards things. I was sick of feeling bloated, doing simple things like doing my shoes and going red in the face, not having energy to do anything else other than work the list goes on....

Since following the guidelines that The Food Cruncher taught me, I have lost 18kg (39.6lbs)  over the past 4 months.  That's 18% of my starting bodyweight!  I feel scared and happy at the same time. The scared side of me is I do not want it to ever come back and happy part of me is everything that I found hard or insecure about is fading away.

I have never felt like I was on a diet at any time.  I see this as a permanent lifestyle change.  I learnt about eating whole foods and cutting out food from a packet!  I also learnt about portion sizes and how I was eating far too much food in general. I have also learnt about vegetables that I have never eaten before how yummy it is.

I have started to include exercise more often in my week but the biggest effect on my weight loss has been my food choices. The Food Cruncher gives you a very clear understanding on what guidelines you need to do. The Food Cruncher also never makes me feel alone I absolutely love the team feel.

It is really easy to be confused about nutrition with so many different diets out there - like the Keto diet, Paleo diet, cabbage soup diet, fasting diets!  I really believe The Food Cruncher is the only programme that teaches the truth about food and how to live a normal life without starving or feeling deprived! If I want to have McDonalds, I will have it.  But now I know how to eat well and how I can include takeaways into my diet if I want them. My kids have not complained once they help me mix it up every night for tea as again it’s a team effort. Food is definitely medicine as we have ONE body we need to look after it be good role models for the next generation and so forth.

Kind regards,
