Why a Young Athlete Nutrition Plan?
There are no digital sport nutrition guidelines available for young athletes (aged 12-18 years). Access to a dietitian or nutritionist can be limited and expensive. The Food Cruncher built their Young Athlete Nutrition plan to enable as many people as possible to have access to evidence-based sport nutrition guidelines that will improve not only their sporting performance, but also their general health.
