Kelsey Willcocks – ‘The Food Cruncher taught me the truth about food’
I joined The Food Cruncher as I was looking to improve my health in general. I was not looking for weight loss, rather I wanted to know what was in food and what foods were good for me as there are so many mixed messages in the media about nutrition.
Over the past 12 months I have learnt so much. Particularly useful was learning to read food labels. Towards the end of The Food Cruncher programme, you are taught this skill. Some of the things I learnt about were calories, fats, sugar, carbohydrates, salt, fiber and why diets don’t work.
What I really enjoyed learning was how to use the app and how the app highlighted everything The Food Cruncher taught me. If you are looking to learn the truth about food, you should think about joining The Food Cruncher – then you will never need to go on a diet ever again!
