INGREDIENTS
100g plain flour
2 eggs
300 ml milk
1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
DIRECTIONS
  1. Put all ingredients into a bowl.
  2. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan.
  4. Cook your pancakes for about 1 minute each side (until golden).
  5. Keep warm in the oven (low temperature) while you cook the rest of your pancakes.
  6. Serve with fresh fruit and low fat Greek yoghurt.
