INGREDIENTS
100g plain flour
2 eggs
300 ml milk
1 tablespoon of sunflower oil

DIRECTIONS
- Put all ingredients into a bowl.
- Whisk until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan.
- Cook your pancakes for about 1 minute each side (until golden).
- Keep warm in the oven (low temperature) while you cook the rest of your pancakes.
- Serve with fresh fruit and low fat Greek yoghurt.
