4 tablespoons of grated mozzarella (or nutritional yeast)
4 tomatoes thinly sliced
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of olive oil
4 teaspoons of tomato paste.
2. Peel and crush the garlic and mix with the olive oil.
3. Brush over the flatbread and put in the oven for 5 minutes to crisp up.
4. Remove from oven and spread with tomato paste. Top with cheese and basil leaves.
5. Put back in the oven for 5 minutes. Serve.
