Aquafaba Mayonnaise

3 tablespoons aquafaba
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
¾ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon white pepper
1 cup oil (use a light-flavoured oil)

DIRECTIONS
1.) Combine all ingredients using a blender for about 10 seconds.
