Tofu Blueberry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
170g (6 ounces) soft silken tofu
2/3 cup frozen blueberries
2 cups vanilla flavoured almond milk
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
½ cup ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender. Whiz until smooth.
2. Serve immediately.
