INGREDIENTS
1 cup of water
½ cup low fat greek yoghurt
1 cup frozen blackberries (or any berry you have)
1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
DIRECTIONS
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender. Whiz until smooth.
2. Serve immediately.
