INGREDIENTS

 

2 cups of flour
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 ¾ cups vanilla almond milk
¼ cup olive oil

Fresh berries to serve

 

 

DIRECTIONS


1. Preheat the waffle maker.
2. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl (except berries) and mix to a smooth batter.
4. Scoop into waffle maker and cook as per manufacturer’s instructions.
5. Keep warm in oven while cooking the rest of the waffles.
6. Serve with fresh berries and/or a little maple syrup.


Analysis is with ¼ cup of mixed berries per serve.
