2 tortillas
Mixed lettuce leaves
Cherry tomatoes
Capsicum
Grated Carrot
Hummus (1 tablespoon per tortilla)
DIRECTIONS
1. Slice your lettuce. Halve your tomatoes.
2. Deseed the capsicum and slice. Grate the carrot.
3. Spread 1 tablespoon of hummus over your tortilla.
4. Fill with as much salad ingredients as you can fit. Serve.
