Strawberry Icecream

INGREDIENTS
3 frozen sliced bananas (make sure they are ripe when frozen)
450g (16 oz) strawberries
2/3rds cup raw cashews soaked for a few hours
1 cup plant-based milk
DIRECTIONS
1.) Add all ingredients to a blender.
2.) Blend on high until smooth. (You will need to stop the blender and scrape down the sides a few times). Add more milk, a tablespoon at a time until you have a soft creamy texture.
Serve immediately.
