225g (8 oz) pineapple chunks, frozen
3 tablespoons of orange juice
Squeeze of lemon juice
1. Put the pineapple into a blender and whizz until they are in small pieces. Add the orange juice a tablespoon at a time to create a smooth sorbet.
2. Add a squeeze of lemon juice.
3. Serve immediately (or freeze until ready to eat).
