Lemon Ginger Tea

INGREDIENTS
2 cups of water
1 inch ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
Juice of a large lemon
Pinch of turmeric (optional)
¼ teaspoon of sweetener of choice (eg maple syrup, sugar, honey)
DIRECTIONS
1. Get out a small pot and add the water, ginger, lemon juice and turmeric. Stir well.
2. Put on a medium to low heat to warm until steam comes up.
3. Rest for 5 minutes. Pour into 2 cups and stir in your sweetener. Serve.
