INGREDIENTS
2 x 400g (14 oz) cans of chickpeas, drained
3 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons of sesame seeds
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
½ teaspoon of cumin
½ teaspoon of smoked paprika
Pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
1.) Put the drained chickpeas into a blender.
2.) Add all ingredients and blend. Start on low speed and increase to high.
3.) You might need to push the mixture into the blades with a spatula. Blend until smooth.
4.) Store in the fridge in an airtight container. Eat within a week.
