Cinnamon & Apple Porridge

INGREDIENTS
100g (3.5 oz) porridge oats
200ml milk of your choice
2 tablespoons of sultanas
1 apple, sliced
1 teaspoon of plant-based spread (like Olivani)
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
1. In a pan heat the milk until it beings to bubble. Add the oats and cook for 5 minutes or until the milk has been absorbed.
2. In a separate pan, add the plant-based spread over medium heat. Once the spread stops foaming add the apples. Cook, stirring for around 5 minutes until apples start to brown.
3. Spoon the porridge into two bowls. Top with apples, sultanas, and cinnamon. Serve.
