CHOCOLATE AVOCADO MOUSSE
Difficulty level: Easy
2 large avocados, peeled
4 tablespoons of runny honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
50g raw cacao powder (or 75g of Dutch cocoa powder)
- Blend avocados until smooth.
- Add the rest of your ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Taste and add more honey if you like your mousse sweeter.
- Spoon into 8 small (shot sized) glasses.
- Chill at least an hour before serving.
