INGREDIENTS

2 large avocados, peeled
4 tablespoons of runny honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
50g raw cacao powder (or 75g of Dutch cocoa powder)

DIRECTIONS
  1. Blend avocados until smooth.
  2. Add the rest of your ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Taste and add more honey if you like your mousse sweeter.
  4. Spoon into 8 small (shot sized) glasses.
  5. Chill at least an hour before serving.
