Chia Pudding with Granola and Berries

INGREDIENTS
2 cups of almond milk
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
½ cup chia seeds
2 tablespoons per person of granola or muesli
½ cup mixed berries per person
DIRECTIONS
1. In a medium sized bowl add the milk, maple syrup, vanilla and whisk to combine. Add the chia seeds and mix well.
2. Cover and leave overnight in the refrigerator (or at least 4 hours in the fridge).
3. When ready layer the berries and granola in a glass.
4. Serve.
