INGREDIENTS
1 boiled egg
¼ avocado sliced
Salad leaves
1 tomato chopped
30g (1 oz) feta cubed (low fat)
1 slice of wholemeal/wholegrain bread
1 teaspoon of pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon of plant-based spread
DIRECTIONS
1. Boil your egg for 4 minutes, peel and halve
2. Prepare your breakfast bowl by adding all ingredients.
3. Serve.
