Blueberry Bircher Jar
Difficulty level: Easy
1 small apple
2 tablespoons of oats
2 tablespoons of low fat yoghurt (plant-based)
¼ cup of blueberries
1. Grate the apple and mix in the oats.
2. Add the yoghurt and mix to combine.
3. Layer the oat/yoghurt mix with blueberries.
