INGREDIENTS

50g (1.7 oz) oats
200ml plant-based milk
½ teaspoon of vanilla
2 tablespoons of low-fat dairy-free yoghurt (plain)
1 tablespoon of chia seeds

Topping
150g (5.2 oz) blueberries
1 tablespoon of slivered almonds
2 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup

DIRECTIONS
1. Add the oats, milk, vanilla, yoghurt, and chia seeds to a bowl and leave for at least 20 minutes.
2. Once the oats are soft, add in half the blueberries. If the mixture is very dry, add a little water.
3. Divide between two bowls and top with the almonds, rest of the berries and honey or maple syrup.
4. Serve.
