INGREDIENTS
100g (3.5 oz) oats
2 tablespoons of white chia seeds
1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
350ml milk of your choice
Maple syrup
Dash of vanilla
2 ripe pears
Pinch of cinnamon

DIRECTIONS
1) The night before, add the oats, chia seeds and pumpkin seeds to a bowl. Pour over the milk, a squeeze of maple syrup and the vanilla. Mix well, cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
2) In the morning, chop the pears into small chunks and sprinkle over the cinnamon.
3) Mix the fruit into the oats. Serve.
