Banana Porridge

INGREDIENTS
2 small bananas, halved lengthwise
100g (3.5 oz) oats
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
150ml milk of your choice
4 walnuts chopped

DIRECTIONS
1.) Heat the oven to 190 degrees celsius.
2.) Mash one banana half and mix with the oats, cinnamon and milk.
3.) Add 300ml of water and mix well.
4.) Pour into a baking dish, top with remaining banana halves and walnuts.
5.) Bake for around 20 minutes or until oats are creamy and have absorbed most of the liquid.
