INGREDIENTS
30 grams of oats
½ cup of milk of your choice
1 tablespoon of nuts of your choice
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
½ banana
1 tablespoon of sultanas (optional)
DIRECTIONS

Microwave Directions

  1. Combine your oats and milk in a microwave proof bowl.
  2. Cook for approximately 1 ½ minutes
  3. Top with banana, sultanas (optional) and nuts.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  5. Add extra milk if desired.

Stovetop Directions.

  1. Mix your oats and milk and bring to the boil on stovetop.
  2. Simmer for 3-5 minutes – keep stirring.
