30 grams of oats
½ cup of milk of your choice
1 tablespoon of nuts of your choice
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
½ banana
1 tablespoon of sultanas (optional)

DIRECTIONS
Microwave Directions
- Combine your oats and milk in a microwave proof bowl.
- Cook for approximately 1 ½ minutes
- Top with banana, sultanas (optional) and nuts.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Add extra milk if desired.
Stovetop Directions.
- Mix your oats and milk and bring to the boil on stovetop.
- Simmer for 3-5 minutes – keep stirring.
- Top with banana, sultanas (optional) and nuts.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
