1 large ripe banana (the riper the banana, the sweeter the smoothie)
1 cup of soy milk (or other plant-based milk)
4 dried dates
Ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
1. Add the banana, milk and dates to a blender and blend until smooth (about 1 minute)
2. Add the ice and blend until crushed. Serve.
