INGREDIENTS
1 bagel
1 egg
¼ avocado sliced
Salad greens
1 teaspoon of plant-based spread
DIRECTIONS
1. Boil your egg for 4 minutes and mash (or scramble if you prefer)
2. Option to toast your bagel or leave plain.
3. Split the bagel in half. Add the spread, salad leaves, egg and avocado slices.
4. Serve.
