Asparagus Frittata

INGREDIENTS
6 eggs
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 small bunch of asparagus
1 tablespoon of olive oil

DIRECTIONS
1) Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2) Beat the eggs and season with a little salt and pepper to taste.
3) Heat a small oven proof frying pan or casserole dish on medium heat, with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
4) Cook the asparagus for 5 minutes. Add the eggs and cook another 3 minutes.
5) Bake for 12-20 minutes or until golden and cooked. Serve.
