INGREDIENTS
1 cup of soy milk
1 medium apple
½ cup spinach
½ banana
¼ avocado, chopped
1/4 cup Greek yoghurt (low fat)
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 date
DIRECTIONS
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and whiz until smooth.
2. Serve.
